Condon Consulting, LLC is a five year old company dedicated to providing consulting services to the collision repair inter-industry. Founded by President Michael Condon in 2006, the company provides the various industry segments with strategic, operational and project management services. In addition, the company’s founder is a frequent speaker, facilitator and participant at various industry/client conferences and performance group meetings. The founder is an active participant in CIC and has been a member of several industry advisory councils.

Prior to Condon Consulting, LLC, Michael Condon enjoyed a 30 plus year career at Allstate Insurance Company before taking an early retirement offer in early 2006. The founder’s responsibilities at Allstate were focused on all things related to Auto Physical Damage (APD), and included key leadership roles in several industry shaping Allstate initiatives including PRO, the technology-driven Mech PRO, the early-2000 Sterling acquisition and most recently the total redesign of Allstate’s APD technology platform.

All of these leadership positions required extensive managerial and communication skills, as well as a creative vision for the future of the industry.

The founder has a reputation within the industry as a thoughtful and frank mediator and an accomplished communicator on substantive issues. The founder has been published by highly regarded industry media on a variety of topics, and is sought after for his insights into industry issues and trends.
